Atmospheric corrosion seriously damages the integrity of equipment metal components and is also one of the key issues affecting the reliability level and service capability of equipment. Studying the corrosion rate prediction method of equipment metal components and establishing the equipment corrosion mathematical model in the marine atmosphere environment has always been an important topic in the field of equipment support. Due to the complexity of this problem, there are still some deficiencies in the existing research methods. Based on the analysis of the current situation of equipment corrosion problems, the models are divided into two types according to different input variables: the time single variable corrosion rate prediction model and the environment multi variable corrosion rate prediction model. The principles, improvements and applications of the above two types of corrosion rate prediction models in the field of corrosion prediction are sorted out and analyzed, the relevant deficiencies and remaining problems to be solved are pointed out, and the prospects for the corrosion prediction research of equipment metal materials in the marine atmosphere environment are proposed. |
