To study the ablation characteristics of TA15 titanium alloy under the action of gunpowder gas, the dynamic ablation model is established based on the calculated fluid dynamics method, discrete phase model and dynamic grid technology, and the bidirectional coupling analysis of structural coupling analysis of structural surface decline and internal flow field change of TA15titanium alloy test piece is realized. The dynamic ablation model is used to simulate the two dimensional non steady current ablation process of TA15 titanium alloy test piece, so as to simulate the scour process of gunpowder gas flow on the test piece and explore its ablation characteristics. Without generality, the semi closed outbreak period is used to build a test and verification platform to test and verify the simulation results of typical working conditions. The results show that the calculated ablation value is 92.3%, which shows that the dynamic ablation model could accurately predict the wall ablation situation of TA15 titanium alloy test sheet. This study laid an important foundation for the development of TA15 titanium alloy muzzle brake. |
