Tolerance analysis of the gun shell throwing mechanism based on SDT model and Monte Carlo method

Abstract: In order to analyze the assembly accuracy of the gun shell throwing mechanism, this paper carries out a tolerance parametric modeling based on SDT model, and solves the actual variation range of the tolerance variation elements. The tolerance accumulation analysis is carried out through the homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix, and the assembly accuracy analysis model of the shell throwing mechanism is obtained by combining the Monte Carlo method. Compared with the traditional tolerance method, the calculation accuracy in this case study is higher, which verifies the effectiveness of the method. The analysis results of the size distribution range of the capping amount and the contribution degree of the composition ring are obtained, which provides a reference for the assembly tolerance design of the shell throwing mechanism.
