In order to solve the problem of overshooting accuracy of projectile, the coupling model of projectile is established by ABAQUS software, and the influence of projectile motion characteristics caused by projectile mass eccentricity in the firing process is analyzed. The simulation results show that the lateral and longitudinal displacement of the muzzle are obviously changed due to the eccentric mass of the bullet, and with the increase of the mass eccentricity of the bullet, the longitudinal and transverse displacement range of the muzzle completed by the bullet in the shooting process also increases.At the same time, the bullet movement of projectile within the membrane caused by mass eccentricity has more obvious and direct effect than gun muzzle vibration displacement, which seriously affect the bullet shooting accuracy. This has reference significance to the motion posture of projectile exiting muzzle and the precision control of projectile design. |
