In order to effectively improve the firing density of ultralight artillery, the influence of multiple structure parameter combinations on the initial disturbance of projectile is explored. Based on the OLH method, the keytop carriage parameters affecting the initial perturbation of the projectile are screened and the genome is constructed. Based on the coupling dynamic model of projectile and gun, the mapping relationship between the structural parameters of the top carriage and the parameters related to the initial perturbation of the projectile is explored. According to the mapping relationship, the influence of the top carriage thickness on the initial perturbation of the projectile is further analyzed. The results show that in the case of many to many mapping, the influence of the combination of different plate thicknesses on the initial perturbation of the projectile is nonlinear. The plate thickness parameter of the top carriage side plate and around plate is the key factor affecting the initial perturbation of the projectile. The specific combination of structural parameters can effectively reduce the initial disturbance of the projectile, which provides a basis for the use of the combination parameter design method in the overall design of artillery. |
