Taking 35 mm armor piercing projectile as the research object, this paper uses JC constitutive model and ANSYS LS DYNA dynamic analysis platform to simulate projectile penetration of moving armor plate under different rotation speeds. The results show that the rotation velocity has a certain influence on the penetration performance of the projectile. Under the conditions of supersonic and subsonic movement of the target plate, the influence of the projectile rotation velocity on the penetration performance increases first and then decreases. However, for the target plate moving at low speed, the penetration performance of the projectile is less sensitive to the rotation velocity of the projectile, and there is no correlation trend. This paper analyzes the relevant laws of penetration effect from two aspects (projectile erosion and projectile target interaction). The results of this study have a certain guiding significance for improving the ability of projectile penetrating and damaging the target under different projectile target intersection conditions. |
