Effect of shaped charge structure parameters of combined liner on penetration performance

Abstract: In order to enhance the penetration performance of the shaped charge with the combined liner, the influence of the cylinder auxiliary liner shaped charge with different top structure on the penetration performance is studied.Through the numerical simulation with method of orthogonal design and range analysis, the parameter of the combined liner is evaluated.The results show that the influencing factors for the tip velocity of shaped charge are the top structure, the height of the cylinder, the charge height and the diameter of the cylinder; For the maximum penetration depth of shaped charge, the influence degree is the top structure, charge height, height of the cylinder and the diameter of the cylinder; The combination of the flat topped structure has the optimal penetration performance; The outer convex dome structure is less affected by the structural parameters, which enables the penetration depth of the shaped charge to be maintained in a certain interval.
