Abstract: In order to explore the effect of the material ratio of composite liner on the jet penetration capability, the jet penetration of target by Cu Al double layer composite liner, Cu Al local composite liner and Cu Al upper and lower composite liner was simulated numerically, and the influence of different material ratio on the jet penetration performance was analyzed. The results show that the jet penetration depth increases first and then decreases with the increase of copper layer thickness in the Cu Al double layer composite structure. The jet penetration depth increases first and then decreases with the decrease of copper layer height in Cu Al local composite structure. The jet penetration depth decreases with the decrease of copper layer height in Cu Al upper and lower composite structure. The results of this paper provide a reference for structural optimization of composite liner.
