With the increasing maturity of solid state devices, it has provided an engineering foundation for the development of a fully solid state, high power transmission system for C band radar. This paper proposes a design scheme for a fully solid state radar transmission system operating in the C band with a power of 200kW, featuring microsecond level pulse width, an operating ratio exceeding 5%, a relative bandwidth exceeding 10%, low phase noise, and high reliability. Combined with simulation testing, it is verified that the fully solid state, high power transmission system can meet the performance requirements of the current stage of space measurement radar. The “modular” structural design of the radar C band fully solid state transmission system can significantly improve system reliability and reduce maintenance costs. |
