I. Statement
Media refers to traditional media (newspapers, magazines, radio and television, etc.) and online media (websites, including forums).
The work refers to the author's own literary and artistic works in the form of text, pictures, etc. whether published or not, the author enjoys copyright in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China.
Submission refers to the submission of articles to this website. This site and the author agreed: the author to this system, the author is considered to agree with the instructions.
Publication means that the work will be made public in this system and related electronic and paper publications. If there are no special circumstances, once a work is published, it cannot be withdrawn or deleted.
II. Author Submission
1. Submission Method: You should firstly register on the website of the journal, and then use the registered user name and password to submit your work to the management center of the journal.
2. This system does not accept works containing one of the following contents:
- a. Against the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
- b. Those that jeopardize national security, disclose state secrets, subvert state power and undermine national unity;
- c. damaging national honor and interests;
- d. inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
- e. undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
- f. Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
- g. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes;
- h. Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
- i. Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
3. The contributor must be the author himself. This system does not accept works submitted (or reposted) by others on behalf of others, regardless of whether the name of the original author and the source of the source have been indicated.
4. Contributors should upload or mail the copyright authorization and comply with the relevant typographical rules.
5. Authors will be notified by the system and confirmation email sent by the journal after successful submission, and can log in to the journal's system to check the processing status of their submissions.
III. Review and Publication
1. Generally speaking, the system will review each work in accordance with the stipulated standards according to the time sequence of receiving the submission, and then decide to publish or return the manuscript, and at the same time send a notification to the author's management center.
2. This system reserves all the rights to review and return the manuscripts.
3. This system reserves the right to withdraw and delete the published manuscripts at any time without prior notice to the authors.
IV. Remuneration
The author's remuneration for the work published in this journal will be agreed separately.
V. Plagiarism and Plagiarism
1. Plagiarism refers to the act of appropriating another person's work without the consent of the original author, either by leaving it intact or by altering it.
2. This publication does not have the ability to adequately monitor plagiarism. However, the publication is obligated to remove the plagiarized or copied work from circulation once it is discovered. This publication is not legally responsible for such infringements committed by others, and the legal responsibility for such infringements shall be borne by the plagiarizers and copyists themselves.
3. The system is obliged to provide the registered information of the infringer in case the judicial department or the copyright owner asks for such information.
4. There are three types of information that must be provided by the person who has filed an infringement charge against the work published in this publication to the system for warning or request for registration information: first, the identity proof of the copyright owner, including ID card, legal person's license, business license and other valid identity documents; second, the proof of the copyright ownership, including the relevant copyright registration certificate, published books or periodicals, and manuscripts of creations, etc.; and third, the proof of the infringement situation, including the content, location and other information of the infringing information that is accused of being infringed. Third, proof of infringement, including the content and location of the allegedly infringing information. If the above three conditions are not met, the journal will not accept the submission.
5. Authors who submit their manuscripts to this publication are deemed to agree to the measures taken by this publication in relation to the preceding paragraph. The publication shall not be liable for any breach of contract or other legal liabilities to the authors of the articles submitted to the publication after the corresponding measures are taken under the conditions of the preceding paragraph, including the liability for any damages caused to the authors as a result of unsubstantiated allegations of infringement of copyrights.
VI. About The Article Confidentiality Review
1. The authors shall ensure that the articles submitted by the authors have been examined and cleared by the confidentiality examination department of their organizations.
2. The author must provide proof that the article is not confidential and can be published publicly.
VII. The interpretation of these instructions belongs to the Journal of Ordnance Equipment Engineering Journal of all. If there is any conflict with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, the laws and regulations shall prevail.
